Picture Problem...

When I add pictures on my site and downsize them it stretches them to where they are distorted. It didn't used to do that. Why is it doing that? Its really annoying. How can I fix it? Please help! 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

that happened on my web to but how i fixed it i just went back and sized them down again
also did you press save? Do you find this valuable?

Yeah, I pressed save...and I tried to size them down in every way I could but it keeps stretching them. :( I don't know why. Do you find this valuable?

Leafdapple, what browser are you using?

And can you give me a couple of specific examples of images that have been distorted this way so that I can look for myself?
