Membership cancelled

I invited a member to my Wetpaint site, she signed up but then her membership was canceled. She's tried to sign up again, but can't because her e-mail address is already registered. Why was her membership canceled? What can I do to allow her to participate in the site?

Only the member themselves can cancel their membership.

Tell her to log in (not sign up) and join again. If your site is Private, you'll need to send her another invitation. Again, tell her to sign in instead of signing up. She already has a Wetpaint account, she's just not a member of your site any longer. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
