I need a banner!

How can you create a good banner!!!! I look at other sites and they have awesome banners! I need one for mine! Do you find this valuable?

My best guess is to go to Wetpaint Grapic Designers. They can create some pretty wicked stuff. Or try http://www.cooltext.com.

You could also do one on Window Paint Do you find this valuable?
