Why does dome websites have different backgrounds?

Some websites have backgrounds that are not on the Collection where you can choose.How do they do this??? for example check out this site with a different background: wiki.popcap.com or anime.wetpaint.com JUST HOW!!! 8 out of 9 found this valuable. Do you? |

I have an anime site too.I don't need you to make me custom background, custom skins, but I think it would be really useful if the suggestion you have in that poll about this stuff was taken into consideration and applied as soon as possible. Cause I can make that myself and I truly want my wp to stand out. I also think that it should make it easy to edit, or have a easy-edit skin maker and one with html for people who know how to use that. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

The new feature hasn't even been added yet. Unless either they requested it made, or they made changes in their site css embed code? Do you find this valuable? |

They're talking about adding images to the actual backround on the page. Not just headers.
