My second language site-boffprof allows the use of accents in the pages but when sending messages, the accents end up as &*grave' garble. Is there a solution? Do you find this valuable?

That's comforting.... I believe that I asked about this last year when I first started the site. Is there anyway around this in the meantime?

Sorry, didn't know it had been ongoing for that long. The only option which occurs to me is to add the respective code page conversion tables in Windows Control Panel, "Regional and language options". Click the "Advanced" tab and then scroll down to the respective language code you want add and checkmark the box.

No guarantee that it will work, but it's worth a try.
