Email notifications fail to arrive

When somebody posts a message in a thread I've responded to on Wetpaintcentral, I receive an email notification containing the link to the appropriate thread. But that doesn't happen on my own site. I've compared my Profile settings on my site with those on WetpaintCentral and they're virtually the same. By that I mean that I've elected not to receive notifications if a new member joins Wetpaintcentral, but all the boxes except the two Opt Outs are enabled on my own site @ http://ex-streamers.wetpaint.com

Is there something else I have to enable in order to receive email notifications there too? Do you find this valuable?

I show that you're watching 4 threads on that site, Blinq, and only one of them has any replies. We sent you a notification about a thread reply on the 24th. Please keep in mind that you won't get notifications for your own replies to a thread you're watching. We figure you know about it. Do you find this valuable?

I received one notification i.e. to the first post by Veuz when he joined, but not to his reply to my own response.

Also, I note that one new member (a girl called Natasha) joined yesterday, 1 December, but to date, I haven't received a notification of that fact even though I've configured it to inform me if a new member joins.

Thanks for taking the time to look at it though. Do you find this valuable?

New member notifications go out on a daily basis, not immediately. You'll probably get that notification today.

We did have an issue where notification settings for some users were lost, but that's been cleared up. Do you find this valuable?
