Making an invisible page?

Is there any way that I can make a link like "cats" and someone click on it going to a whole different page on my site? but i dont want that new page to be listed over on the left hand side.
I just want the basic topics over on the left, then click on words and new pages come up
can i do that using "uncatigorized"? 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

First you make the page, you edit it, and than you move to uncatigorized. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
