Hello,

One of my site's members has lost the profile information he added... is there a way to retrieve it? I've tried clicking through to previous versions of his profile, but they all come up with the blank, current, page.

What happened was that his membership was accidentally cancelled. We've gotten him reinstated, but the profile info is gone. Can anyone offer suggestions?

If it's missing, it was deleted by either him or an administrator of the site.

We don't offer a UI for profile history. How are you clicking through to previous version of his profile? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
