Wetpaint Droplets

I think they look great!I'm confused though...what are they for? How do they help you to "Monitor the social pulse of your Wetpaint site"? Don't get me wrong, I think they are awesome, but I'm just puzzled as to the best way to make good use of them...perhaps some clearer instructions? Regards Joe 13 out of 14 found this valuable. Droplets are your opportunity to spread the word of your Wetpaint site onto other sites by way of compelling and interactive content. Users who interact with your Droplets can click-through brining more users to your site.

Ok...but, err... how are they used? What do I do with them? I'm just not clear on how I can spread the word of my site with the droplets.Am I supposed to paste them somewhere? The help page on them doesn't really help. There needs to be some instructions on what to do with them I think... Joe Do you find this valuable? |

You can put them on Facebook, MySpace, iGoogle, and a ton of other social networking sites. Just like you can put many widgets on your Wetpaint site, you can now put Wetpaint Widgets on other sites.

One other thing though...when you add the droplet to Facebook, the Facebook profile doesn't display the droplet from your site rather the generic "clearspring" image until you click on it. Shouldn't the site-specific image display to make it more relevant? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

...further to the above comment, you also get the "Picture This" slogan and a link to "Clearspring" which in essence means what people will actually be promoting is the makers of the widget rather than the wiki itself.0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

i don't get it. Every time I click on get this droplet, nothing happens or it shows something loading and then nothing happens. Where is this code I am supposed to get?
