our videos template

How can I add extra pages for videos, formatted like the "Our Videos" page in the "Me & My Friends" site template? It isn't listed as a template choice when adding a new page. Could you tell me how to find and copy it into a form I can use when adding a new page to my "Paddock Paradise" wiki? I am currently using the photos template, but it doesn't look as nice or have as many slots for videos. Thanks,JoAnn 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I would still like to learn how to find and apply the video page template, as used on this page: <http://paddockparadise.wetpaint.com/page/Paddock+Paradise>.There was only one in the "Me & My Friends" site template, and I would like to create more video pages. You must publish the template in order for it to be available on the templates list after a new page is created.

Thanks for the answer! But I didn't make the template. I used it from the site template for "Me & My Friends." Do I need to start a new wiki with that site template? Then publish the "Our Videos" template somehow? Then would it be available for my paddockparadise wiki, too? ~JoAnn Johnson Do you find this valuable? |

You can't copy a template from a site to another. You have to remake it.

Thanks for all the information. Please consider adding a warning on each site template page that if it will be used more than once on a site, that it will need to be reproduced as a template, and provide complete instructions. Or, better still, once a site template is chosen for a new site, put all of that site template's pages into the template choices.fwiw, I copied the video page I had (full of videos and text) and made it into a template.
