ineligible to create a Wetpaint account

Hi,

I invited a friend to my wet paint page. The person did something that does not allow her to create an account. Every time she tries to re enter the site by accepting my invitation she receives the message " you are not ineligible to create an account." I did read the comment about enter a date birth that would make a person ineligible. Is there she can create an account??? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
