Have google calendar

I have a google calendar, but not a gmail account. When I type in the e-mail address associated with my google calendar wetpaint says that it is an invalid e-mail account because it doesn't have "@gmail.com" in the address... Anyone know what to do?

u can add it via other widget, i had same problem but sorted it now

wat is this other widget.. and where can you get it... i cant find one that isnt java....
