If you cancel your membership on one site, do you get deleted from the other sites you've joined? 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

No, only from that site.
If you decide later that you want to go back to that site you canceled on, you can simply click "join this wiki" and sign in. You'll have all your contributions, friends, etc. Do you find this valuable?
