Photo Uploader not working
Oct 17 2008, 7:21 PM EDT OK I HAVE TRIED TO UPLOAD PHOTOS FROM MY COMPUTER TO MY WIKI AND THE BROWER THAT YOU CLICK TO UPLOAD THE PHOTOS WANT OPEN. I'VE UPDATED ALL MY STUFF THAT CAN TO THE MAX! buT IT STILL WONT WORK. iS THEIR A BUG IN THE PROGRAMING OR IS WETPAINT UPDATING? 3 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

Oct 17 2008, 8:13 PM EDT I'm using Mozilla Firefox updated to the latest version. And my flash player is Adobe 10 which i downloaded when i started having the problems. Which did not work, cause i still wont let me upload anything. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Oct 17 2008, 8:19 PM EDT Flash Player 10 does not work with the photos. If you still have the old Flash Player 9 on your interent explorer browser, I recomend using that browser until Wetpaint comes out with support for 10. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Oct 17 2008, 8:31 PM EDT Yes I'm back again, It still does not work with Internet explorer. I think its a bug in the programming. I think this should be reported. As cashford49 just said. which i just tried. The only thing i can change and upload it my names picture everything else wont work. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Oct 22 2008, 3:29 PM EDT I am new on wet paint. I have uploaded just fine since I joined... about a week or less ago. Today my photo uploader is not working. Is there a limit on the number of pictures or storage space? It was working fine for me yesterday. Thanks for any feedback.... as I was trying to help another NEWBIE... with uploading pictures as well.. she is having problems also. Since msn groups are closing.. some of us are coming over here to wet paint.. We can have a simular type looking ... anyways.. somewhat.. like what we are use to.. it is limited here .. but for our older members from msn groups it is best to try to keep within the frame of something easy and sorta the same.. even tho it is not the same. I can't use html in here.. nor make bgs with bg tiles.. well......this really isn't about all that.. but about the photo album not uploading.. sorry... Oct 26 2008, 12:44 AM EDT I am building a site here also due to the MSN groups closure. I began having this same upload issue and posted it yesterday. Everything was fine then suddenly the browse button literally became a dead button when trying to browse for images from my computer OR from the site. I have flashplayer 9 so the issue is not a flashplayer 9 or 10 issue. Also just now I find that when I open easyedit to edit a page or make a page...I get a while screen! I can type and do the edit but before now I could see the background of the page while editing. WTH is going on with this site, lol. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

When the "browse" button is checked, there is simply no response other than "error on page" in the lower left of the window. I'm on Windows, Internet Explorer. This is a recent problem. I have plenty of images in my photo gallery that prove I was doing it correctly, once upon a time. 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

Oct 29 2008, 2:36 PM EDT I have the same problem. I could add photos to pages yesterday, but not today. I can however add photos to albums and then put them onto the pages !!! Weird !!! I'm also moving here from MSN. Apart from this current photo problem, this site seems to be the next best thing to MSN Groups. Hope it gets sorted soon. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I've waited at least about 5-7 days for wetpaint to get it fixed. Now i can finally add more pictures to my anime website. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
