How do i insert Flash documents that are not widgets

Okay i have some flash documents that are not widgets, as far as i know
They do not have a code that i can insert them with, they are just files
just woundering how i could put these on my site? 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

You need a code to put widgets on your wiki. Find the code, and embed in in the "other widget" section. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
