Use of picture without permission
Oct 14 2008, 12:59 PM EDT This site here: http://animalsofthelands.wetpaint.com/?t=anon has used a piece of artwork I commissioned and paid for without my permission. I was not aware that it had been used until someone kindly sent me a message about it over on DeviantArt. As far as I can tell though, that site is pretty inactivity and I can't seem to find any links or emails to contact whomever created the site to ask them to take down that picture. http://pearleden.deviantart.com/art/Legendary-Wolves-86909406 <--- that's the link to the original picture that I commissioned PearlEden to draw for me over on DeviantArt (Vamprincess-Noa is my account over there). I'm really not sure who to contact or what to do, I just want that picture taken off that website as soon as possible because, as I've stated, I paid for it to be drawn and I never gave my permission for whomever owns that site to use it. Do you find this valuable? |
