help ~ my slideshow ruined my homepage
Oct 12 2008, 11:30 AM EDT I am bella_donna. I was on MS IE, and edited my page adding a photobucket slideshow. All was well. I positioned it below my introduction (where it says I am Belah). I thought it looked pretty good too. In the morning when I logged on, the slideshow was first thing on the page. (still is) and my links to the left (site links) disappeared, the layout is weird now and my friends dropped to the bottom of the page. I tried to edit it, and when I'm in edit, I can't see my slideshow or my youtube videos at all. So it cannot be moved or deleted. Furthermore, I cannot edit any part of the page, as if the page is locked. I tried going into Mozilla this morning, but have the same results. I received no error messages... nothing at all went wrong, like I said it looked fine, until morning. I use Windows 2000. Do you find this valuable? |

Oct 12 2008, 11:33 AM EDT wow that really suckz! im haveing a problem like that on one of my pages but its not as serious as yours. some words on the page keep disapearing and wont come back. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Oct 13 2008, 6:09 AM EDT yeah, I've been told that this is common in wetpaint. I hope it can be resolved. lol! you have phantom writing? sorry~ that's making me laugh.. prior to this, my page layout changed all on it's own from day to day. weird. Do you find this valuable? |

Oct 13 2008, 5:28 PM EDT Click on the "complete history" link at the bottom of the page. Go back to the version of the page before it got messed up, and restore the page to that version. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
