FQ has commited theft

FQ(Flarestar's Quest) has stolen copyright from Lunastar's Quest. They have stolen pictures ect. from Luna without permisson. Even though I'm only a registered user on LQ, i want to do everything i can to help.
Luna gets on every now and then, but when we started discuissing this, Luna was never on.
We also started talking about it in the Chats because Mossy brought it up. We have one of those fancy chats and so Mossy put the link on there so others could see that they have commited theft. Evtually Luna will see it, but we don't know when that'll happen.
Others have yelled and screamed and made FQ's creator feel bad. I didn't do this, I talked normally with her. She hasn't replied yet, but I want to know what we can do to stop them. Should we contact someone else other than the creator? Help LQ and stop this theft!
