RPG that is editable

Is anybody interested to joining a RPG game that is editable, the dream is to make it big enough to publish at least... anyone interested, give me their email and i will invite them. Anyone can join, i am looking for drawing artists and website manager, editor, someone that knows how to programming either 2D (3D preferred) game well (not like super slow type). But then again, anyone can join, as long you contribute.
NOTE: This is nonprofit and no money thingy, so if you're looking for something like a job, sorry, can't help you. (Unless the dream comes true... then we'll talk money... muahhahaha).
