Delete members?

Is it possible to delete members? There are a lot of members on this one site that got on once to join and never got on again. I would love to not ban them, but totally delete their accounts. Is that possible? Do you find this valuable?

The only other way would be for them to Cancel their own Membership. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Well, how do they "Cancel their won Membership"? I need to give them instructions (1 needs to delete a 2nd account created by mistake, the other wants to change his user-name but it says he needs a new account) Do you find this valuable?
