Logging In and setting up new web site
Sep 29 2008, 4:39 PM EDT The following message is constantly poping up."We could not find an account with the username and password you provided. Please try again or, if you are a first-time visitor, create a new account. " Cannot change the password as it gives me the Oops! page. Not very user friendly at this point. I suspect the system is trying to get though my firewall or its a cookie issue. Ahh I have deleted my cookies and temp files and this did not resolve the problem. Also when setting up the site when pulling in a graphic I was not able to resize the graphic correctly to the site. A bit of a problem that I think can be resolved. Clicking on any button on the site seems to give the Oops error also. Sep 29 2008, 5:18 PM EDT Login is handled through cookies. Please make sure that your browser is set to accept all cookies, even third-party cookies. Also please make sure that you're logging in with your username and not your email address. Do you find this valuable? |
