Ineligible to create a Wetpaint account

In attempting to create a login to an account from an email invite I get the message "ineligible to create a Wetpaint account". How to I get my id cleared out? How can I start over? I think the cookies and email will not let me reset. I need to fix this ASAP. Can someone from Wetpaint fix this?
My name is Robert Hahn, my email is hahnman@wowway.com, the account I am trying to join is for school team5capstone.wetpaint.com. Do you find this valuable?

If you are getting a message that says “Based on the information you have supplied, you are ineligible to create a Wetpaint account” then it means you entered a date of birth that would make you ineligible to join Wetpaint. This precaution helps to prevent children under the age of 13 from registering for Wetpaint. Children under 13 are not allowed to join Wetpaint due to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) laws, which we must comply with. If you made a mistake entering your DOB, then try clearing your browser’s cookie files and try again. This was really handy - had two people who couldn't log in with their invitations (one entered the wrong DOB, and one didn't even get teh log in page, just jumped straight to the error message). Clearing the cache and the cookies fixed it straight away. Do you find this valuable?
