E Mail address not working

I have been trying to sign in or up or whatever you want to call it. Everytime I put my email address in I get told that it is already taken. I was also told my username was used.Is this because I am on the BB board to. How can I get on this board with my email address. Thanks

you don't need to type in your email address. All you need is a username e.g. adedepe and a password
