Questionable Content
Sep 7 2008, 2:22 PM EDT | Post edited: Sep 7 2008, 2:22 PM EDT
I'm a teacher, and as an administrator of my class wiki, I know that there is an area where I can view content that has been flagged as "questionable." I see the "questionable content" tab in the "what's new" area.

I've never had many problems with students using offensive language or posting offensive material; however, I would like to tell them that they can flag content that they find questionable so that I can review it.

Can someone direct me to some instructions on flagging questionable content? I can't find this information anywhere on Wetpaint Central.

Thanks!

At the moment the only content that can be flagged as questionable is a photo. The Report photo option is under More Tools when viewing a photo's Detail page. I recommend using our Peer-to-Peer messaging system and sending a message to a (or all) Moderators to alert them of questionable pages or threads. If anyone finds questionable content and has the ability to edit it out, I generally encourage that, too. A link to the historical version of the page can suffice as notification.

To-dos can also be quite effective at flagging pages.
