Not on any search engines

Can anyone tell me why when i use any of the popular search engines i.e.google i cannot find my wetpaint wiki website listed anywhere.?
Surely it would make getting new members a lot easier for everyone if our sites were listed......i am aware of the fact that we can only have 50 members +20 on a popularity scale but listing all sites has to be advantageous all round. Does anyone else have the same problem when using search engines.....Thank you. kev.

I've noticed the same problem with some of the wikis I edit. Try messing around with the search terms. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

it states on the custom URL that wiki is a subdomain so it does not get searched by the search engines- they recommend going to go daddy for a registered domain but it looks hard to do after!

If your site is new, it might not have been indexed yet. Concentrate on adding quality content and be mindful of the keywords that you use. Check out http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Promote+Your+Site for more in depth tips. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
