RSS feed not working
Aug 27 2008, 11:05 AM EDT RSS feeds from Diigo are not working. For example, http://groups.diigo.com/rss/ksuanthro/bookmark does not retrieve any results on Wetpaint. This same feed works in every other feed manager I have tried (Google Reader, Netvibes, and Bloglines.) About one week ago, all of my diigo feeds were erased from my site unexpectedly with no note of this in the revision history. Site: ksuanth.wetpaint.com Do you find this valuable? |

Aug 27 2008, 12:28 PM EDT That particular RSS feed works just fine for me. In fact, I added it successfully on a new page I created on your wiki: "diigo rss feed test". (You'll have to search for that page, it's uncategorized.) If you can you point me to a specific diigo feed on your site that doesn't work, I'll investigate it directly. I don't know anything about erasing existing feeds. I'll investigate this as well. Phil Wetpaint QA Do you find this valuable? |

Aug 27 2008, 1:18 PM EDT It is working now. It was not working at 11 am this morning and had not been working for about one week. The feeds that had been used on about 130 pages throughout the site are all gone though. Do you find this valuable? |

Aug 27 2008, 10:01 PM EDT Sorry about the delay Dr. Wesch, it's been a busy day. I confirmed your problem and discovered that it affects all RSS feeds that existed before the software update on Monday. We are working on a fix for it, which we hope to have out by the weekend. When the fix goes live your existing feeds will all work again. We apologize for letting this problem through, and appreciate your patience while we sort it out. Phil Do you find this valuable? |
