Gabbly Chat AD Question
Aug 22 2008, 3:18 PM EDT
I have Gabbly chat on my site (http://ammenagerie.wetpaint.com) and it is working well, though I will probably be redoing it to straighten up that table on my site. My question is about the AD on it. It says to register to make money. I did. Now, before I go through all the process to get it (gabbly/FriendFinder Ad) on my site. am I really going to earn that money or does it go to Wetpaint? Someone please let me know. I am trying to get a lot further on my site today and people want to use the chat this evening. Thanks!!! Tentfire

Wetpaint tends to ignore people for several months before listening. Oh, and I don't know anything about the subject.

Thank you very much for the answer and input. I am getting the feeling they DON'T WANT to answer this one. It doesn't matter a whole lot (though it would be good to have at least that much) but I just don't want to waste time on setting it up in my name if I am not going to see any of it. I will wait a couple of more days and then I will just go directly to Gabbly and/or FriendFinder and ask them. Thanks again, Reptillia.......Tentfire Do you find this valuable? |

I'm thinking that since there is already a FriendFinder ad on it when you add it to your site that it must somehow be set up for the money to go to wetpaint, but I can't get an answer. If so, it probably happens when it goes through the widget box. Earning money by having a FriendFinder ad on your site is easy and legitimate, but who gets the money is what I want to know. If we don't then it shouldn't be on there that we can. One must wonder if it deceptively stays on there to get you to click on it so they can get the "pay per click" fee. I am not against correctly earning money from ads, but if done deceptively, that's wrong. It has been nearly a month now since I posted my question. I will keep this alive until I get an answer. Thanks for those that have been replying.
