too wide for screen?

Hiya. I haven't used my wiki for a while, and now when I look at it the text doesn't wrap to fit my screen. Everything goes off the page to the right and I have to scroll horizontally using my browser. I'm using Firefox 3 on a Mac OSX 10.5.4

it's hard to read and annoying, How can I fix this?

Check to see if there is a thread posted at the bottom on the page that is forcing the page to be wider than it should. If it is, move or delete the thread. If that's not the issue, tell us what the URL of the page is so we can see what you're talking about.
