Because typing into Wetpaint edit screen is slow (is this a known issue?), I am using another application Evernote to create longer notes and then cutting and pasting the text into Wetpaint.

However, when I do this, Wetpaint strips out the blank line when I save the edit.

The blank line reappears when I click the Easy Edit button again but disappears on Save again.

The only way that I get a blank line is by (in Easy Edit) deleting the breaks between the lines (so they join up) and then hitting Enter again to reinsert the breaks.

This is very annoying. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

i know!! it does it when you write straight into wetpaint aswell. When you write a story or something big and you put

's in there it just deletes the,m!!! Do you find this valuable?
