"Community Activity" bug

In the "Community Activity" column on multiple sites I've been to, when you click a link to a thread posted on somebody's profile, it links incorrectly. The URL when I tried to link to a thread on someone's profile, instead of
http://site.wetpaint.com/account/accountname/thread/#####/threadname
it was
http://site.wetpaint.com/account/accountnamehttp://site.wetpaint.com/thread/#####/threadname
