I have created 2 wikis for the same organization and have invited some of the same people to join both wikis. Two members of my first wiki have been denied admission to the second one. One member has been admitted to both. Any ideas why the two have been denied?

What do you mean by "declined"?

If they got a message that says they're ineligible for an account, it's because they entered a date of birth that indicated they're under 13 years of age. Do you find this valuable?
