Does anyone know how to change the image just above the menu?

I've seen it in lots of wetpaint sites but can't find where you can do this in the setting.

if you are an admin or creator click the setting menu wich is next to (my profile) then click (name and logo) then click (upload a header image) somthing like that then click (browse) find the file click (open) then click upload and it will be done
