I cant change my password...
Jul 31 2008, 6:17 PM EDT ever since i created the account i have not been able to sign in. i am using the correct username. i checked that with the email wetpaint sent when i created the account and when i go to the site that i am a member of my account is there. everytime i try to log in it does not work. It says: We could not find an account with the username and password you provided. i try to change my password, i get the email to change it but when i type in a new password and click the button to change it. It begins to load and then nothing happens. please help. What is supposed to happen next. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Aug 12 2008, 5:06 PM EDT Usually when this happens it turns out that people are trying to sign in with their email address instead of their username. What's your username? Do you find this valuable? |
