"i have latest version which is 9..still not working!!"That error code is something that Flash sends when a problem occurs. Unfortunately it's not very specific other than indicating it's a Flash problem. I would recommend uninstalling Flash Player from your browser and then do a reinstall using the most current download available. Do you find this valuable? |

Uninstalling Flash is tricky. Adobe publishes an application you have to run to do it. You can find a link to the application, and notes on using it, on the wiki http://testphotoupload.wetpaint.com/.Phil Wetpaint QA Do you find this valuable? |

I have windows XP and I have updated my Java and Adobe etc, in the hope of fixing this but no such luck. I know this is a very old thread, just found it whilst googling the problem. Just wondering if it has been resolved. o.e Thanks. Do you find this valuable? |

"None of this has helped. Really getting frustrating. There isn't any reported problems with regards to Wetpaint having a problem in this area. The error is a catch-all message that Adobe Flash player produces. In the past members that have had this problem and updated their Adobe Flash player and the problem remained, the final solution came down to one of two things. 1. The update to Flash Player did not fully update to the program, where an uninstall of Flash Player was required and an install of the program was performed. 2. An unsupported browser was being used to upload the images. Iif you use a 64-bit processor on your system, you will need to install a 32-bit browser in order for Adobe Flash to work. Do you get this message on all the images you are trying to upload? The images must be in a gif, png or jpeg format. Wetpaint does not allow for other formats such as bmp, raw, or tiff. Plus make sure your image file is not really large, (under 500k) P.S. Are you running Kaspersky Antivirus? If so, try turning it off and try to upload your images. This although a great ant-virus prog, has know to cause problems with Adobe Flash and will produce consistently a 2038 error. Do you find this valuable? |

Through further research from my last post, I found Adobe flash player 2038 error are usually caused when the operating system's registry contains errors or when certain system files are missing or broken; Adobe flash player 2038 error problems are a sign of a very unhealthy system. Now to correct the error conditions, try downloading this free Registry Repair program from GlarySoft. It is simple to use and it is free.http://www.glarysoft.com/products/utilities/registry-repair/download/ 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Try going back to FF 3.6 and see if you still get the error. I say this because any release of FF above that is not officially supported by Wetpaint at this time and they (WP) have not come forth and said anything about why. So it leaves us here in the community spinning wheels trying to fix things.Do you find this valuable? |

"Ok it gave me a list of different photos, I picked one and it upload, so I deleted it then I copied another URL of one of my picture, and it gave me the same images as before."If I understand you correctly. 1. Pictures TAKEN from the gallery via the URL address of the image in the gallery worked fine. 2. The address of the photo I gave you...did it work? 3. Where are you trying to get YOUR pictures from? From another site or from your computer? 4. What file format and size are YOUR pictures? 5. Are you trying only one image and getting the error? Or are you trying different images?
