Cant delete

Doesn't show "Delete photo" in drop down menu from "More tools" , so I have no idea how to delete a photo i want to remove? 10  out of 11 found this valuable. Do you?

I would think a person could delete a photo they themselves accidently put in the incorrect place. Do you find this valuable?
