Notifications for ANY changes on the site?

I need to know when new pages or new threads are added anywhere...I don't see a way to do this?

yuo will have to keep an eye on the whats new page wich is next to the photo gallery. 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Yes - I know that one...but unlike a news reader..things will disappear if I get busy and I will miss them. I love my RSS feeds as I can see all my unread at any point in time and catch up comprehensively. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
