"What worked for us was to join the WIKI site all over again. Create a brand new account as if you never had an account. Something in my old account does not work with the new format. The new accounts do not have the problem. I would be willing to bet it not new accounts complaining with the problems but us long term users."Please tell me the names of your old account that didn't work and the new account that does work. Do you find this valuable? |

Can you tell us the original usernames of the other members that are having this image upload problem as well? We're looking for a common thread within the accounts that are encountering this issue.

I receive the following message on trying to add photos from my computer;"Please install the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player to upload photos from your computer." Uploading photos from the web works fine. Computer: MacBook Pro OS: OSX 10.4.11 Browser: Firefox 3.0.1 Flash Version: 9.0.124.0 Yes, I have admin rights to my computer This problem is impacting our use of Wetpaint for group collaboration - we may need to switch to another wikifarm if it isn't resolved soon. MistressPollyChoral from The Tudors WIKI. I was able to upload pix several months ago, but now I get nothing except error messages whether I try to upload from my computer (Vista) or from Photobucket.

You have to use Adobe's Flash uninstaller too. Trying to remove it via Add/Remove Programs won't work properly anymore according to Adobe. More info over @ http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=1
