Help me please!

My friend says that he can't make a wetpaint account because this is what it tells him "Based on the information you have supplied, you are ineligible to create a Wetpaint account."What can I do? Now when ever I try to create a new wetpaint account, it won't let me. Do you find this valuable? |

He is 12. But I tryed making an account for him, and now I cant make any new accounts. And I want to create a new wiki, but it doesn't let me now. Any help?
