TABLES
Jul 19 2008, 4:40 AM EDT Hi There, I am having difficulties deleting tables from pages. Usually I would right click on the table and click on the "DELETE TABLE" option and the table would be removed from the page. I am doing this but nothing is happening when I do. I am an Administrator and have not had this problem. My permissions have not been changed as I can manuallyedit tables but not delete ! Please help as I have football leaguetbles to update. Thanks Do you find this valuable? |

RE: TABLES
Aug 5 2008, 4:09 PM EDT I am having a slightly different problem with tables on my site ammenagerie.wetpaint.com On some of my pages I have the table lined up in the middle. I then intend to line the table's content up on the left side of the table. All appears to be going well and right, but then when I click "save" it jumbles it all up as it centers all of the content and it looks like crap! It was working to do it that way the other day, but now it isn't. It is getting to be a BIG time-killing frustration. Do you find this valuable? |

Sep 2 2008, 1:17 AM EDT You may already have found a remedy for this problem, but in case you haven't ...... Right click and Select Table, and then use keyboard keys Control+C (cut) - just don't paste it anywhere. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: TABLES
Sep 2 2008, 4:17 PM EDT I will try that, thank you. Here is what I have figured and what I have done to go around it.....If you set the FIRST table on a page to the center, then EVERYTHING in that table AND on the rest of the page centers, even if you put a table on the left or right, it centers all the content. So......When I want a table in the center to start a page with, I use a 3 column, 1 row table all the way across the page, make the borders on the right and left column invisible, then everything will go where I want it to in that table and on the rest of the page. Kind of an odd way around it all, but it works. Hope this helps someone. If you can't understand my way of thinking, just ask and I will try to explain again. Do you find this valuable? |
