A member (MNebenfuhr) of OTDAIT.wetpaint has made 21 contributions but keeps being removed from the top contributor cloud even though other members, such as ay8840 have less contributions (9). Why does this happen? Do you find this valuable?

Make sure the user has a profile picture and the top contributors cloud has been given about a day to refresh. Do you find this valuable?

Yes, she has a profile picture. I understand about the timing of the refresh but it is not that she should be added to the cloud. Her picture is being removed even though she maintains a higher contribution count than others remaining in the cloud. Do you find this valuable?
