Can a Registered member edit their own pages
Jul 3 2008, 6:10 PM EDT If a person is set as "Registered" can they edit the pages they create because only writers have "edit pages" permission? In other words if I want to have people register and create their own pages but not edit my pages or the overall site pages, (they could create their own personal page and sub-pages etc as if administering their own site under our site but should not be able to edit site pages outside of their own created pages) is that what Registered users can do? Or, would I have to lock all site pages I don't want registered users to edit? 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: Can a Registered member edit their own pages
Jul 3 2008, 7:09 PM EDT On sites that require invitation or writer status to edit, registered users cannot add or edit pages. See: http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Sites+That+Require+Invitation 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
