How do I remove an offensive profile picture?
Jun 30 2008, 2:00 PM EDT | Post edited: Jun 30 2008, 2:00 PM EDT
Somebody has put up a picture on their profile page that I need to remove. I am not getting a response from that member. Do I have any ability as a creator/admin to remove it? Will banning them do it or will the picture still stay accessible when I ban? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

There is no current way for you to remove a profile picture of a user, but it can be done on our end. Banning the user does not currently remove the profile image.

Please send me a message with the URL of the user's account page on your wiki and I'll take a look.

Excelent. Can I authorize this? The user is 'freddyfingers' on castlehillscommunity.com I don't want to ban him. We will watch it closer to see how he responds. I would rather leave his account active than ban him and have to figure out what other profile he may come back as.

Thank you, Robb

I've removed the image.

I also noticed that you're using a domain company that places your Wetpaint site inside a frame. That's why you can't see the true url of the page in your address bar.

Please consider using a real domain host. You'll find that your site functions better.
