Lock and make page invisible

Can I lock a page and make it invisible to a certain group of users, e.g. non-moderators? 8  out of 8 found this valuable. Do you?

Not to a particular group. But you can send a message to the moderators notifying them that invisible pages can be accessed in the Pages tab of What's New (then click on uncategorized pages). You make pages "invisible" by moving them into uncategorized. Locking a page will lock it for anybody. Though Moderators could unlock the page, edit it, and lock it back up again when they are finished. 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?
