Are you talking about flash intrances. If so I do not believe they could do that because then it would involve a whole lot of coding

I was actually thinking of having a video that would play or some sort of slide. This would just e an option not a manditory part of the wiki. It would just be an optional page that would appear before the home page.1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

As digitalx stated you can add video's and slideshows on the homepage. But if you were to type in www.something.wetpaint.com. The slideshow or video would not show up before the homepage.

You could put just a video or slideshow on the homepage and have a link to "ENTER" the site (this link would redirect you to another page or 'homepage'). It is not advised because if someone clicks the banner on the top of your website or Home in the navigation then it will show your slideshow/video page. It would be better for your website if you continue with your regular homepage and add the slideshow/video along side it instead of having a page devoted to one widget.

What digitalX said is true. If you want a direct homepage just for a certain video or slideshow i would have to suggest an html webhost.
