whos online function

hi wetpaintcan we have a "whos online feature" please i have over 60 members on my site and would like to know when members are online and so will my members, they can then go to the chat room and talk. perhaps this can go where the top contributors box is? all i need is this and my wiki will be complete 17 out of 20 found this valuable. Do you? |

This feature has been suggested many, many times. This should be something Wetpaint is looking to release in the next few months!

They released all these other things in just a week or two. All they need to do is add a small icon that says "Online" and "Offline" and thats it. There are many other things that they are working on which have a far bigger demand such as custom styles and password protected pages.

The Who's Online feature has been requested many times and we are considering how best to implement it. We do have a lot going on right now, though. So, as much as it has been requested, there are a lot of other things we have to do first.There's been very, very few things that only take a week. Most of our releases are in planning and development stages for months at a time. If it seems like they're coming out fast, well, that's because we're doing a lot at once and we don't like to give away what we're working on until it's really close to completion. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. User-customizable times zones are something that I would really like to see, too. It's not quite happening yet.Given the amount of time-relative things that happen, it's not a small change. I'm hoping this is something we can have done before the end of the year, but I can't make any promises along those lines. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Our May release wasn't so much a release for our regular wikis as it was a new product launch for Wetpaint Injected, our new service to enable putting wikis on any website. It was huge for us, although a lot of our regular users don't even know about it.Our next feature release will probably be early July. We've got some hardware and server work that we're in the middle of testing now and will need to finalize before the next feature release goes live. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

It was huge for us, although a lot of our regular users don't even know about it.Why you guy's just couldn't put the HTML feature before the Wetpaint Injected program? Probably more people would have knew about it then. I sure know about the program. But I figured I didn't need it. Also, by stating "putting wikis on any website" it's not getting to me. I don't know what you mean by that. To further my complaint: There needs to be an update to the photo gallery as soon as you guys possibly can. It's mind boogling when you have to go back to the gallery to delete the photo's you don't want there. When your main intentions were to just have them only on a specific page. (Had to get that out of my system) Your severs are doing just fine. For the pass months, I have been going error free and strange stuff happening free. The pages are like "zoom zoom" already. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Our next major update is to Photo Gallery, and it includes a lot of the features that people are asking for, and more.

I think 4 the "who's online" thing it should be a little green button that turns red when someone is not on.For the Photo galley thing r u going to make a feature where we can add multiple pics to a page??? That would be cool Do you find this valuable? |

hi evry time i click save after i don workin with my site an eror comes up from wendos tilling me to close the bage and i have tride it at many other pcs put the same proplem even with defrint acounts and olso i havr the same proplem in my brofile edit whin i click save after edit an eror maseg pop tillin me to close my explorermy explorer virgin is microsoft internet explorer 6.0 my wetpaint wikii is www.metalje.wetpaint.com please help as soon as posepol thanx alot need help for god sake 0 out of 1 found this valuable.
