Pre-linked images

If I were to create images with links already embedded into different sections of the image like say in photoshop, would I be able to upload it directly to my site and have it still intact or at least upload it to like photobucket and and bring it in from there? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

This question may not have been answered, all you can do is try it and if it works, it works. If it doesn't then there's your answer, plus it'll help other people if they have the same question. Do you find this valuable?

That's called an image map and it's not currently supported. Do you find this valuable?

could it be supported in the near future(like say within a year?) possibly or should I forget about it completely and be pleasently surprised if it's announced sometime down the future? I'm trying to figure out ways of designing my hompage. Do you find this valuable?

An image map isn't really an image, at all, it's HTML that defines clickable areas of an image. I wouldn't expect us to support this any time in the near future. Do you find this valuable?
