How do you put a picture above the fold? 3  out of 7 found this valuable. Do you?

You just put the picture at the top of the page so that people can see it. "Above the fold" means what people can see without scrolling down. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

that didn't work for me. Like how do you put the picture above the fold? Do you click it? Do you go to settings? What do I do? Do you find this valuable?

In general terms the fold of a page is the end of the area being viewed on a screen. If the content of the page goes below the fold, then a scrolling action is needed to see the rest of the page content. When the content is very long on a page, using the page down arrow on the keyboard will display the next page of information. That too, will have a fold. And so on until the page is at its end.

Wetpaint, references "Above the Fold" as the viewing area in Easy Edit mode. The editable content area. Content cannot be placed anywhere else except with the editable content area.
.
It is a good practice for a Home page to have all of the content on the page above the page fold. The information should be enticing to the reader and should tell the reader what is on the wiki without them having to scroll down the page to see it all.
