i can't recieve

i can't recieve messages. on any site, but my own i can. every time i click a thing comes up saying content could not be loaded, please reload page. i do, but it still won't work. i've tried logging in and out, but still nothing. does anybody know whats up? Do you find this valuable?

Try clearing your brower's cache and cookies. The directions to do this can be found at:
