May 15 2008, 1:18 PM EDT Make sure that you have typed in your actual account with no errors. Also be sure that Caps lock is off as that will create errors when trying to sign in. Are you having this problem only on your computer? Have you tried any different webbrowsers such as Flock, Firefox or Internet Explorer? 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

May 19 2008, 6:17 PM EDT the same thing is happening to me.....I set up a private wetpaint site...went fine. Then every time I have signed in I have had to change my password. I am not making any mistakes in typing in my name so it is not that. What is going on? I see that others have had the same problem. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Oct 22 2008, 6:51 AM EDT Some browsers have difficulty remembering passwords, and others don't. If you can't log in with your password, it means you either forgot your password, your account was hacked and your password was changed, or you were banned. Do you find this valuable? |

Oct 28 2008, 8:19 PM EDT "the same thing is happening to me.....I set up a private wetpaint site...went fine. Then every time I have signed in I have had to change my password. I am not making any mistakes in typing in my name so it is not that. What is going on? I see that others have had the same problem. "I'm having this problem too. I move between my home and work computers and have to log in but it won't let me even though I know un and pw are correct. I've used WetPaint before w/o this problem. What gives now? Do you find this valuable? |
