Are you adding an enhancement to allow external links inside threats and forum to be "hot" (i.e. when clicked the link opens)? Or is this possible enhacement that seems natural to me is inconsistent with the way a wiki should work? Do you find this valuable?

"Hot" links can be added as part of the page content, but they are disabled in threads to discourage spammers and black hat SEO types from anonymously popping in and posting 100 threads linking to their viagra selling site that has nothing to do with your wiki. I'm pretty sure Wetpaint was the first to integrate a discussion forum into a wiki platform so I', not sure how to address your comment about "the way a wiki should work". However, there are good examples in the blogging and social networking world out there that we could probably adopt solutions from. We are planning on making some enhancements to the way threads work in the near future, so thanks for the feedback. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
